Hello,
I am trying to request a client to send me their 1099s via Import -> Financial Institution Downloads email invite.
However I am getting this error message:
This client was not activated to use Financial Institution Downloads because they are missing required information (Zip Code). The First Name, Last Name, SSN and ZIP code are required for the client to sign into TaxFormDropoff.intuit.com
The client has a non-US address (not that it should matter) and all the info fields shown in the error message are completed. I also tried entering a US address and zip code but I still received the same error message.
Has anyone encountered this issue? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
