When you password protect a client return, asterisks block the client status column. To me this is a fundamental flaw. I have requested they fix this...however, any ideas how to work around this. I use the client status column religiously to keep track of where we are at with the client return. If I start using passwords to protect the file, I will need to open up each return to see the status.
Any thoughts or ideas are appreciated.
