Client EF status update

Return was E Filed on 4/13/22 and status is transmitted. As of 4/20/22 status has not changed to Accepted. I Have checked for updated status several times with no change. How do I resolve this?

you highlighted it in the EFCenter then used this option?  Im not sure that just clicking on that Update Status hyperlink does the same thing as this.
