Capital gains for current year are limited. Limit is calculated correctly and enter on Sch A line 12.
Program on Sch A line 13 repeats the amount one line 12 as allowed for current year and uses the carryover from oldest prior year.
Adding the lines 11, 12, 13 then give a wrong number for contributions allowed in 2022.
Technical support claims everything is correct. No way to get another answer or further investigation other than through the community.
