I'm trying to figure out why the federal earned income credit information is not being transferred to the California state earn Income worksheet and not calculating state eitc on $12,900 federal earned income for 1 child... I called support they haven't gotten back to me... it's only this one client...
I'm thinking one child qualifies for eic and ctc...the other qualifies for eic only...will that cause the problem?
