Can anyone else validate that there are calculation errors on New Hampshire's DP-2210 beginning on Line 6A? I am using ProSeries Basic 2023, and have brought this to customer support twice.
If so, does anyone have workaround ideas other than posting many overrides? I suppose I could check the box to let the department calculate any applicable penalty.
I'm hoping customer service is working on this, but so far it's hard to tell. I do at least have a case ID, but no acknowledgement that there is even a problem that they can reproduce. That is why it would be really helpful for me to know if anyone else has experienced this too. -Thanks.
