CA for 592-B

I have a client who had prize winnings from Blue Orbit Productions.  A non-resident CA State return is required and Form CA 592-B must be filed to get CA withholding back.  There is an error on the ZIP CODE 'W/H Agent invalid zip code'.  There is no backup withholding.

Does any CA preparer know how to resolve?

Is the payer outside of the country? Did you fill in the Foreign country on that 592B worksheet?  Maybe it doesnt use a zipcode when its foreign?
