Beta Updates

Morning all, had to update this morning to file a return on extension. Did not get a new icon on desktop. When looking at  menu update there is an option now for "Beta Background Updates". Not going to active for now, as ( like @IRonMaN said) I don't like running with scissors.

I updated this morning and the new Beta choice appeared in the Updates menu, so I activated that, closed ProSeries and then the new icon appeared on my desktop and I restarted ProSeries from that icon.

So far so good, nothing bad has happened!

Hi @Terry53029 you won't get the new icon unless you activate the beta. We didn't want to impose the beta on anyone who didn't feel comfortable doing so.

I encourage you to activate it though 🙂 It doesn't actually modify ProSeries in any way (just the way ProSeries is updating, if that makes sense).

You can turn it off any time too.
