Attaching a PDF file from one state to another in BASIC

I need to attach a PDF file of one state to another  and need the steps to do this.  It is not automatic like it is in Professional series..

I need the steps to do this please..  This is in Pro Series Basic..

It isn't automatic in Professional either.  Print a copy of the state return to a pdf.  Open up the state that you want to attach it to and click on "e-file" > "attach pdf file".  I assume those steps are the same in Basic as they are in Professional.

Please excuse my ignorance but how do I create a pdf copy first?

Just hit the print button.  You have the choice of printing to a printer or a pdf or both.  There is a little circle by the choices.

Thank you so much it does not work exactly like this but I knew what to do.   I was on a support call with a Intuit for 3 hours last Friday and she had no clue and I finally told her I would try to figure it out myself.  Again, thank you so much
