Arkansas taxpayers signature-- why blocked out with big "sign here"

Trust me, I am not being funny.  The  Arkansas form used to have a note next to the tax calculation that said "Here's where we settle up" and then if there was a balance due there was an unhappy face next to the number and if it was a refund, there was a happy face next to the amount of the refund.  I guess I am saying that anything is possible in this case.  I played with an Arkansas return I do and could not get it to reproduce the Sign Here that you have. Assuming you are filing electronically, I would have your client write their signature over the large Sign Here. If it is paper filed, I would do the same thing.
