The Federal 1120S and Alabama 20S are both marked for Electronic Filing.
Since the Review Diagnostics states "a copy of the federal 1120S must be attached to Form 20S for filing. Failure to attach a copy of Form 1120S, Alabama Schedule K-1's, and all applicable Nonresident Shareholder Agreement forms may result in the assessment of penalties and additional filing requirements."
It would appear that ProSeries does not automatically attach the form 1120S and Alabama Schedule K-1's to the Alabama 20S.
Why are there so many forms that are prepared within the program but you have to print, scan, and physically attach the form as an e-file attachment?
