CA Form 3805V (2023)
Carryforward NOL from tax year 2022 (Initial Year) to tax year 2023 (Reporting on Form 3805V page 3 Line 2)
When enter in Year of Loss: 2022, Proseries Error: Year of Loss Expire or Invalid
There is no regulation that disallow, expire or suspend year 2022 NOL...The 2023 Form 3805V instruction also did not mention anything for year 2022 NOL either.
The taxpayer's AGI is 40K.
Does anyone know this problem?
