In calculating the Oregon 2021 return it appears the software program is not taking into consideration the 3rd stimulus payment ($1,400) received in 2021. This should be reported on line 10 of the Oregon Federal liability subtraction worksheet along with any recovery rebate claimed on the 2021 Federal return thereby reducing the amount that goes on the Oregon Form 40, line 10 for the Federal liability subtraction. Glitch in the program?
