20 years could be a dependent, one semester full time student

child is 20 years old and was full time student for only one semester but parents supporting the child for more than 50%, can the child consider as dependent in the parents return?

Yes, if the student was a full-time student for parts of 5 or more months (such as January-May) and the student did not permanently move out of the parent's home for more than 6 months, the child is a dependent on the parents' tax return.
