1120S New York Direct Deposit Option in ProSeries

I filed an extension for a NYS S-Corp and paid the franchise fee amount due from the prior year. Income was lower, and now client is due a refund. I've looked everywhere on information page, where the direct deposit info is for every other type of return, but I only see the option for electronic funds withdrawal, nothing related to direct deposit. EF instructions state that he is getting a refund by paper check. Any ideas? Or is this not an option?

The current version of the NY Form CT-3-S does not provide options for direct deposit of refunds for paper or electronic filers.  We cannot offer this feature to our users at this time because it is not supported by New York.
