1099R entered correctly, code 7 taxable, yet comes up to 1040 as zero taxable

1099R entry sheet not carrying thru to 1040 properly.

i may need to rebuild file, do not know how to rebuild file.

If it's an IRA and there's basis you might need to enter the 12/31 FMV (maybe on the IRA Info Wks?)

Any chance that all of their contributions were non-deductible/have Basis?

Box 2 show the taxable amount?

Have you gone through the error check/review?

Have you deleted the 1099-R worksheet and re-entered it?

Have you done "repair updates" in the Windows Start Menu?

Have you rebooted the computer?

thanks alot.

it loooks like on the 1099R worksheet, line 7, i checked the box  IRA/SEP/SIMPLE which resulted in the amount being not taxed.  found by trial and error. proseriies  help a waste of time, will use communitgy more. thanks.
