OK other retirement income $10,000 exclusion not calculating

OK other retirement income exclusion of $10,000 not calculating.  On the exclusion worksheet I put I in column c, T in column d and column e blank, but the worksheet doesn't pick up the dollar amount in colunm A for the calculation in Part II.  On the federal side I've left the state use code blank -it is not government or military.
