You neglected to include which version of ProSeries youre asking about, but in Professional, theres a button on the top toolbar that says Transfer.
EDIT I misread, you said TurboTax 2017.
You cannot transfer a TT 2017 return into PS 2018. You need to convert the TT2017 file into PS2017 program, then you can transfer it to PS 2018 like any other return.
