Am I the only one having issues with SBTPG? I called because I accidently applied to the RT - I was told to apply for the quick collect and just not use the RT. I was approved, did the training, and now when I tried to file a return, it was denied. I have called SBTPG SEVEN times this morning to get hung up on before I can say a word. The online chat has no idea what they're doing and keep saying to call Proseries while proseries says this is all SBTPG. I think this may be my last loyal year with Proseries.... 😞
