Is the Proconnect online site down today? Unable to login from Taiwan.

It looks like the login page, but no login fields, only two links to QB or ITO.

I've seen that happen today on various occasions.  Also, even after you log on, the Java for sign out doesn't seem to run at times.  Clearing cache and history doesn't seem to help.  This has been highlighted to Intuit, which is looking into it as we speak.  Try using another browser in the meantime.

@bthshba Can you try again?  I just tested mine using different browsers and platforms (Windows and Linux) and they seem to be all working now both for login and sign out.

After downloading Firefox, it worked just fine.

The issue where you weren't able to log out of PTO should now be resolved
