training for complex returns

I only see PTO doing training for simple returns every year during tax season, can we please level up on trainings so we can get to medium and complex tax returns especially seeing how unhelpful the PTO support staff is. An example would be returns that require use of the worksheets eg the a customer sells a home and buys another one which is more than $1m in the same year. Customer also claiming home office deduction. How to use the worksheets to limit the mortgage interest deduction and also allocate that deduction to the home office and Schedule A sections in PTO. I have reached out to four PTO users and none of them could help and we all would benefit from the use of the worksheets. The instructions are ok but please let's level up on training instead of focusing only on simple returns - happy to assist with this training and other topics to be covered in the more advanced training if my help is needed. Thank you
