Intuit link column “documents” should show shared documents or separate column

Some of my 1040 clients are uploading tax documents in the “shared folder”. There is NO email or any notification of that! ITO chat says I have to go thru every single client to see if they’ve uploaded something to SHARE. That’s no good…

There should either be a separate column showing # of shared documents or at least - the shared documents should show up under the current “documents” column.
