I have a client that had bonus income and stock comp income attributable to New York as a non-resident, which should be reported on Form IT-203-F. I can't figure out how to populate the form and input the necessary data.

It's not supported by Lacerte or ProConnect Tax (see https://lfs.intuit.com/#/s/NY/I). You need to prepare the form outside of ProConnect Tax and attach it for e-filing. Under e-file Attachment for New York Statement Information, make sure you select it203f so that the form is properly tagged for processing.
