This is for tax year 2020. The worksheet is fine until the 3rd part where it says to "enter the smaller of Lines 3 and 4", which would be the penalty amount. It's just blank. There is nowhere to override it and I have followed all the instructions for entering in the data. I triple checked my entries and it's all correct but it isn't populating.
