Unable to generate electronic tax return due to "TSJ Tag Errors

Tried online instructions to disengage TSJ, but the process did not work; cannot generate a tax return due to the TSJ error.

Are you sure it's the TSJ error and not the silly PTIN check box error ?

@thomasflewellyn       you probably need to verify your PTIN

go to Tools>Options>Firm/Preparer Info     look for the pink box
