The date on the letter that the IRS sent you that said 'yep, you get to be an S-Corp'.

You get this after you file the election to be treated as an S-Corp.  Which I *assume* you did?

Jeff, once again you & I can't bet as we'd most likely both bet the same way.

OT - I have a really nice down comforter I seldom use.  Do you need me to send it to you?  I hear it's in the brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr range back there.

It's not bad.  Right now we don't have any temperature (it says zero degrees)

But even when it drops back down tonight, I can always rely on Intuit to get me hot 😖
