Issue trying to add a user in ProConnect

Hello,  I'm trying to add a new user.  It keeps giving me an error message "There was an issue with your invitation. Try sending it again."  I've entered the First Name, Last Name and Email address.  I've tried various permissions as well and I cannot get it to create the user.

Did you try clearing your browser's history, cookies, and cache and then restarting your browser?  If this still doesn't solve the problem, try using incognito mode.  I also try doing the same using another browser.

Most problems with ProConnect would resolve themselves with these steps.

If the problem persists, you should then approach Intuit Support for help and let them know you've done all that.
