I have a client who is filing a 2021 amended return. The original return included $2,800 in the recovery rebate line 30. ProConnect is not bringing over that amount anymore even if I add the $2,800 as an override. The client did receive the $2,800, however, shouldn't the $2,800 be included in the amended tax return to avoid confusion and cause the IRS to think that the taxpayer did not wish to claim the recovery rebate?
