Having an issue with the Form 990-T Schedule A on the COGS section not balancing...can't get the Schedule A Part I & III amounts to match. Any thoughts?

The COGS on the 990 is not the same as the COGS on the 990-T which is what is causing the issue and don't know how to fix it -- the regular 990 was accepted but the 990-T keeps getting rejected. Client is a veteran's club that has bar sales as its primary income (if that is of any help)
