My Efin is approved. The only thing missing is an entry for this EIN, but there's no asterisks by it so don't think it's mandatory. My social security number doesn't work in there. Error message won't go away.

I think it’s better to call the pro series help line to see if they can do something about it did you register this as an individual tax preparer or as a business name such as a llc corporation etc
