Intuit CSR says I can't export my firm books from QBOA to ProConnect so I can do my firm 1120 taxes. I need to manually data enter everything. I should be able to treat myself as a client and under "prepare for taxes" in QBOA be able to bring my firm over to ProConnect. Right now the only option it gives me is csv file. (which unlike Lacerte, ProConnect cannot import csv files.) Does anyone know if there's something I'm not doing correctly?
