Hi,
I am getting the following error when I try to submit e-file (only difference is I am filing for my client with 5 states along with federal).
If any one of you faced this error before and have solution please suggest.
E-File Error:
An unexpected error occurred while processing the return or creating the efile payload data. Problem occurred getting ef payload data. Problem occurred transmitting efile data.
