Does anyone know how to correct on schedule D, I input data, but basis changes when I have finished return? Instead of $250k, it's $258k. Show gain instead of loss.

1099 Basis is $259929.
Printed Sch D basis changes to $258221.

Check if there are any capital gains on a 1099-Div or 1099-R. Even wash transactions.

What kind of asset?  1099-B or 1099-S?
