Does anyone else have an issue with the docusign email being from the primary admin versus the preparer of the return? Support said this email is not customizable. It should at least say the firm name versus the primary admin name. My clients are going to say...who in the hec is XXX. In this day and age where we want to guard against phishing emails and scams etc...it would look a lot more professional and recognizable if it had the firm name...not "joe" the primary admin of our firm that my clients have never EVER heard of before.
INTUIT PLEASE CHANGE THIS AND HELP US LOOK MORE PROFESSIONAL
