- Navigate to Credits > Foreign Tax Credit (1116) > Foreign Tax Credit (1116);
- On the input screen, click on Gen. Info/Election in the top-right corner; and
- Make your entry on the line Elect not to file Form 1116: 1=do not print election statement, 2=print election statement.
