Client moved to another state 2021 this year. I want to add estimated payments for this state that is not part of current year tax return. How do I do this?

I do not believe you can do it without creating a state return for 2020 with no income, but a lot of forms.

I would suggest you either print the ES forms for that state from their website, or direct the client to their online ES payment portal.
