Taxpayer had distribution from 529 of $2000 used for tuition but NOT enrolled in specific degree or course of study. The EIC calculates, the box on 27a "check here if you were born after . . . " needs to be checked. I tried entering a "2" on the bottom of the EIC input screen, to indicate "no" for specified student. The box still won't check!
