All items on the checklist where previously completed and the list was marked "Done" before I attempted to add another item. I believe I had to undo one of the items on the checklist before I was permitted to edit the list. but I'm not certain. 18 of 19 items are completed and I'm attempting to add a 20th document checklist item.
