Adding an Information document to the Tax Organizer in PTO

Is there a way to attach a PDF to the tax organizer in PTO?  Namely, the NYS Consumer bill of rights regarding tax preparers Pub. 135.1 AND provide each client a copy of Pub. 135.  

By law, Pub 135.1 needs to be posted at your place of business, but I don't have a physical business, I serve my clients 100% virtually.

Currently, I just copied and pasted the text at the bottom of the engagement letter, but if there is a way to attach it I'd love to do that instead.
