It seem UT, CA & PA (possibly other states) don't allow efiling if an Entity has a 'Foreign US' for 'owned companies'. Even the IRS gives a diagnostic...but they let you file if diagnostic is ignored. Maybe post guidance and better navigation of foreign owned entities that don't get stuck...or at least give a way to send the file through to each state the same way the IRS allows it.
