1 firm, 3 locations, 3 EFINs, 1 ProConnect account multiple users. How can we: Assign EFIN to each preparer? -or- Have separate accts and share access to client returns?

If the IRS requires a separate EFIN for each location that transmits a return, how can we comply with a cloud based product where users from one firm are logging in and submitting from multiple locations (main office vs home offices)?  If we register each home office with an EFIN, is there a way to tie an EFIN to a user?  Then we can just ensure that users are logging in with an account dedicated to each location.

Or do we have to manually monitor this process by only allowing E-file transmissions from a main office terminal? ...a pain in the off season when the main office is generally closed.
