Investigation - Spouse Authentication Section Unable to Complete and ID Type Changes

When reporting details in Screen 1, Client Information, the Spouse Authentication section does not retain the details entered. In some cases it will display after leaving the file and returning.

Because these details are required in some electronic filing situations (state specific), we are working to address this behavior as quickly as possible, and will release in a program update. 

This notice will be updated once the release is available for download.

This has been resolved in a program release available April 8, 2024 (Version 44.0408)
