MA Amended Tax Return unclear

The tax return for an amended MA return shows the tax withheld amount only and does not state the tax amount paid (with extension or estimates) , which i think is misleading. 

Also the tax refund shown is actually the tax underpayment penalty!MA Amended Error

Also, there is no indication of the resultant amount applied. 

The above items are only clearly stated in the MA Tax Summary, however the amounts shown on the Form 1 clearly are concerning for and confusing to, the taxpayer, and make me wonder if the correct information is being transmitted.
