Input sheet for Advanced child tax credit payment received

We are a company that uses input sheets and the batch method of inputting.  The input sheet with the advanced child tax credit information does not print unless client information is already input in that section.  Would like for all input sheets to tie to all information you'd find in the interactive input mode.
