Why is Screen 1. Client Info is greyed out on all Fiduciary clients?

That sounds like a bad install. Run 2019 Lacerte Web Setup

  1. Close all opened programs.
  2. Click on Start.
  3. Click on Programs.
  4. Select the Lacerte folder.
  5. Double-click on the Lacerte Web Setup for the the tax year you want to update. (For the 2019 Lacerte Tax program, double-click on 2019 Lacerte Web Setup.)
  6. Click Next on the Welcome window.

Trying to respond to George4Tacks.

Sorry can't follow. I'm on Windows 10. What is Start? What is Windows? etc.. 

I can navigate to the Lacerte folder and 2019 but don't see "Lacerte Web Setup" -- maybe I'm on the wrong forum. I just want to do taxes 😞

Start is the thing at the bottom left of your screen.

None of those steps appear to be on my computer except "Start". I was able to reinstall the program and still having the same problem.

Is there a way to get help from Intuit?

You can call Support.

Press the  Windows key (AKA start)

Type "2019 Lacerte Web Setup"

Hit Enter

That will start the install.
