Why is Form 8962 not generating when I enter healthcare shared policy percentages for a non-dependent kid that is claiming 0% of the premium, SLCSP and PTC on their own tax return? Numbers show up on the 8962 but the form is not highlighted as if it's part of the tax return filing. Last year it was part of their filing with Form 8962 being highlighted as part of the return and other years when I didn't do this, the kid would get a letter from IRS asking to provide this information. Help, please....
