The website states screen 3 to apply the provisions of the American Rescue Plan Act. I have been looking for a while and still can't see it. Can some please help?

It's the very first box to check.
If you don't see it.... check to make sure your software is up-to-date.
Second box is "Apply community property rules etc... Are you seeing that one?
