The 2022 software for LaCerte will not allow me to connect. Message says unable to validate online credentials. I have been on hold for LaCerte for over 30 minutes.

It appears to be a wide spread issue as several other firms including ours is experiencing the same thing.  It started for us as a lack of access to e-signature functions and then expanded to general user login to the software platform. 

Hopefully Intuit gets this resolved soon so we can all get back to work with the tax deadline looming ever closer.
