I have been putting it off due to tons of revised interpretations put out by the IRS and now the infrastructure bill looks to modify the 2021 ERC. Anyone seen anything about current bills being considered that would affect the ERC for 2020? Have a big restaurant with lots of employees (but just under 100 "Full Time" and only want to go through the tracking of each employee's wages through each quarter for the 2020 ERC credit 1x. There was PPP forgiveness which will make this even funner! Thanks in advance!
