The custom client letter is not printing the bitmap letterhead header. It shows up on forms. It is within the pdf for review copy print. NOT the client pdf print. It works in C corps and S corps, not individuals. Ran tool hub Component repair (per call to lacerte) and the Printing Pdf repair tool. Lacerte rep went silent after 45 minutes and the tool hub not working. Still an issue. How do you raise this issue as a possible bug? I cannot find anywhere. And better yet - how do I fix it? Thank you
